If you use call-related features, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including consent requirements for recording, calling, and messaging. Recording and transcription may be enabled depending on configuration.

EDCALL AI and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the service, including software, branding, and content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., forms, prompts, call metadata). You grant EDCALL AI a limited license to process that content to provide and improve the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. Outputs from AI systems may be incorrect or incomplete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDCALL AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for others, or used the service unlawfully.
