Call recordings and transcripts

If enabled, call recordings and transcripts may be stored for quality and compliance purposes. Access is restricted, and retention depends on configuration and applicable law.

  • Ensure you have required consent for calling/recording.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
